The Kick-Off Meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership in Vocational Education and Training entitled \u201cXRinVET Enhancing Digital Innovation (WEB 4.0) and Attractiveness of VET through Extended Reality (VR\/AR) Training for better skills-match\u201d took place online on 04 December 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. National Center for Scientific Research “DEMOKRITOS” (GR)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objectives of the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to develop a set of Extended Reality Simulations (VR\/AR) for professional training in specific upcoming professions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to design, pilot-test & evaluate a blended learning methodology as part of work-based learning and apprenticeship programmes in VET (Vocational Education and Training).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– to addresses the digital transformation, and modernization of VET curricula, according to the needs of the labour market, promoting at the same time innovation and increasing the attractiveness of VET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
